1. Why does the file I purchased look different from the photo with the watermark on it?

  • The picture with the watermark that you see before you purchase is what the file looks as "seamless", this is to show you its seamless and how it would look once it is printed or used for your product. 
  • What you will receive and are seeing is a set 10inch by 10inch 300 DPI file, which can be scaled to various sizes.

4. How do I download and access the Seamless File Design I purchased?

  • After purchasing, follow these steps:
    • Once purchase is complete the next screen will tell you to wait several minutes for download/s to complete (time may vary based on your Wi-Fi or data connection) 🌐📶.

    • The 1st email you will see will be the order has been received thanking you for the order and "order summary" ✉️.

    • You then will receive a 2nd email thanking you again for your order with "Thank You" email for a recent purchase. (*This is a silly Shopify requirement we have to have) 🫠.

    • Lastly you will receive a 3rd email with a subject line: "Your downloads are ready" which will include a download link for the file/s 🙌.

6. Can you make customs or alterations to existing files on your shop?

  • Yes! Find out more about this by going to the "Customs" tab at the top of the page or you can click right here Custom Seamless File Request.


7. Can I edit the Seamless File Design I purchased after downloading?

  • No, this would go against the purchasing agreement you made with Bonnie's Boujee Designs under the product description portion where it states "Art must not be altered in any way. The file is a completed work, and NO editing is permitted by the individual/s who purchased it. This includes but is not limited to color changes and removing/adding elements. This file/s cannot be used to recreate other digital images of any kind."

8. What software should I use to work with Seamless File Designs?

  • You can use a variety of design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Affinity Designer, Sketch, Procreate, Krita and even online design tools like Photopea.
