• Email Delivery: An automated email containing the download links will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

3. Shipping Costs

Since all products are digital, there are no shipping or handling fees. Delivery is free of charge to any location worldwide with internet access.

4. Delivery Timeline

Digital files are available immediately after payment is processed. If you do not receive your download links within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or "Promotions" folder before contacting support.

5. Proof of Delivery

For the purpose of payment verification and order fulfillment, a digital item is considered "delivered" once:

• The download link has been sent to the customer’s provided email address.

• The system records a successful download attempt from the customer’s unique link.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a file has been sent or downloaded, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review the item descriptions carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the designs meet your requirements.
